Pelvic floor programming for Pilates professionals

An in depth look at pelvic floor conditioning and common issues we work with as movement educators, this course will give instructors the knowledge, tools, understanding and programming to help women improve pelvic floor conditioning while expanding on their repertoire in studio.  The course offers home programming options to give clients as well as strategies and exercises to focus on in studio using the reformer machine.  When we expand our understanding as instructors we improve in the way we can deliver Pilate to our community.
