Elevation Studios is located in Highfields at approx 700m elevation. It was created to elevate people’s health and well-being.
Highfields and Toowoomba are known for it’s parks, greenery and slower pace – this led us to create this space, just for you.
Your mentor, Ellie believes that Pilates is more than just a workout, more than just feeling the burn (though you’ll get both those), she believes Pilates is a journey of self-awareness and self-discovery, an investment in your body and your mind.
With the uncanny ability to identify physical imbalances in your body (some clients are sure she has x-ray vision!), Ellie will take you through a workout which will iron out those kinks to have you feeling longer, stronger and most importantly, more like the real you.
